Everest is a strategic professional development program launched by Felicia Healthcare Group in 2023, dedicated to cultivating excellence among pharmacists in the Republic of Moldova. Conceived as a long-term growth ecosystem, the project combines applied training, continuous evaluation, and merit recognition to accelerate professional development.
Our Impact
With seven successful editions, 271 active participants, and over 140 pharmacists distinguished with honorary titles such as Expert and Etalon, Everest has already demonstrated its impact. The program offers accelerated skill development, financial rewards, and a clear path to professional recognition through a structured validation system.
